Modern Research has found Moringa to be a preventative for malnutrition. It’s use is widely spreading around the world - and it's not hard to see why: 100g has 10 times the Vitamin A than carrots, 25 times the iron as spinach and 9 times the protein as yogurt!

The Baobab Fruit is set to become the next big Superfruit. Antioxident levels surpass those of pomegranate and acai, and the fruit is full of vitamins C and A, "It is a wonderful fruit!" rhapsodises Antonio Perez, who spent many years travelling around its native land before opening the African Kitchen Gallery Restaurant in central London. "It is very nutritious, and it has a very special flavour, but the closest I can get to it is jackfruit, which is like melon."
Others say its fruit has a tart, zesty taste—like grapefruit sherbet.
The other added benefit? Harvesting baobab fruit has recently created jobs for thousands in Africa and is expected to generate $1 billion worth of trade a year.
