14th Report on Road Harassment: Delays and bribery increase

The USAID Trade Hub-UEMOA 14th joint report on road harassment on primary corridors in West Africa shows a significant increase in delays - 74% - and a modest rise in bribery; the number of checkpoitns remained unchanged, compared to the previouse quarter.
