New road governance map shows 'measured decline' in key indicators

Road governance indicators showed modest improvements, according to the most recent data available. Trucks carrying goods on West Africa's trade corridors face delays and harassment at numerous checkpoints. But the annual steering committee meeting of the initiative's partners showed improvements across the region in participating countries.
